Detailed Description	Prepaid card services - City of Stockholm The City of Stockholm through its municipal board invites, in accordance with the conditions set out in this procurement document, to tender for the procurement of framework agreements regarding prepaid card services. The city pays out financial assistance and other compensation to recipients who, for various reasons, lack a bank account, valid identity document or Swedish personal identity number. The procured solution with prepaid card services shall enable the payment recipient to be able to have the granted compensation amount paid out via a card that can be used without identity documents.
