Detailed Description SUPPLY OF DEMATERIALIZED RESTAURANT VOUCHERS

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
The services are settled by unit prices.
SITREVA is a union responsible for the treatment of household waste in the territory of its 5 active members: the SICTOMs of the Auneau region, the Châteaudun region and the Rambouillet region, the Communauté de Communes des Portes Euréliennes d'Île-de-France, and the Agglomeration of Pays de Dreux, which represents approximately 309,550 inhabitants for 218 municipalities. To carry out its missions, it has 26 waste disposal sites, 5 transfer centers, a sorting center and an energy recovery unit that processes an average of 125,000 tons of waste each year. The purpose of this contract is the issue, supply and delivery of dematerialized meal vouchers for the benefit of SITREVA agents. The estimated annual volume is 30,000 meal vouchers, this figure being given for information purposes only and not constituting a contractual commitment on a minimum number of orders. The meal vouchers will be provided monthly on smart card media. It is requested that the smart card be accepted by as many merchants as possible. This contract is a framework agreement executed by purchase orders issued by SITREVA. The maximum amount of the procedure is set at 1,000,000 euros, this ceiling including the face value of the meal vouchers as well as the management costs of the future service provider.
