Detailed Description	Smart Cards - Delivery of employee benefit cards The subject of this public contract is the supply of electronic employee cards with benefit card functionalities for the contracting authority's employees and ensuring comprehensive management of these cards through a management system (Management System). The management system will include, in particular, comprehensive agenda management, establishment and management of the employee's Personal Account, data entry according to the contracting authority's data and provision of services through an electronic benefit payment card.
