Requirement As of February 1, 2022, Elections Canada requires printing services, warehousing and mailing preparation of up to approximately 30,000,000 Voter Information Cards (VICs) required for a general election or referendum, including initial VICs and revised VICs The CEOC provides leadership to the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, commonly referred to as Elections Canada (EC). approximate maximum of 30,000,000 Voter Information Cards (VICs) required for a general election or referendum, which includes initial VICs and revised VICs.
