Detailed Description	Contactless Fares for RTS Access The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking Vendor for the implementation of a contactless fare payment system (pre-payment system) for RTS Access. This new system will allow customers to self-manage accounts or customer service representatives to easily manage accounts, allow for negative balances (maximum amount configurable) so as to not disrupt transportation when representatives are not available to manually assist with account management.
