Detailed Description	Tenders are invited for Prepaid Debit Cards The New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration, State Board of Finance (hereinafter referred to as the “SBOF”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Prepaid Debit Cards and the use of related banking services by State agencies (departments, agencies, branches, councils, commissions, boards, and instrumentalities and institutions of government of the State) to facilitate the electronic collection of payments for various purposes. The use of services by State agencies will require authorization by the SBOF.
