Detailed Description	Tenders are invited for NSHE Merchant Services and Payment Card Gateway Description: The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE or System ) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified suppliers to provide Merchant Services and Payment Gateway Services meeting the minimum requirements set forth in this solicitation. The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) consists of seven degree granting institutions: University of Nevada, Reno; University of Nevada, Las Vegas; Nevada State College; College of Southern Nevada; Great Basin College; Truckee Meadows Community College; Western Nevada College; the Desert Research Institute and NSHE System Administration. The institutions enroll over 110,500 students in various disciplines from occupational and training areas within the community colleges to doctoral programs at the universities. The system is governed by a thirteen-member Board of Regents. The NSHE System Administration Finance maintains overall responsibility for NSHE-wide Merchant Services and Payment Gateway Services.
